For all legal purposes and under the law in force, Ontag Global Marketing Solutions is a brand within a group of companies with open and registered activity, namely SolidSymbols, LDA. with VAT number 515.486.272 and registered office at Avenida Almirante Afonso Cerqueira, Edificio D.joão I 3510-022 Viseu.
1) Identification of the Data Controller
The Ontag – Global Marketing Solutions brand, located in Viseu, in partnership with the SolidSymbols, Lda. group, hereinafter referred to as Ontag, is responsible for the processing of your personal data, by automated means or not, from its collection, organization, conservation to disposal.

The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, ensures the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Under no circumstances will information be requested about philosophical or political beliefs, party or trade union membership, religious faith, private life and racial or ethnic origin, as well as data relating to health and sex life, including genetic data.

3) Necessity and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
3.1 All your personal information collected will be used to help make your visit to our website as productive, enjoyable and dynamic as possible. Ensuring the confidentiality of our site users’ personal data is important to us at Ontag.

4) Transfer of Personal Data
Ontag may communicate personal data to third parties contracted by it for the fulfillment of legal requirements applicable in Portuguese and European Community legislation.

Ontag declares that it has implemented and will continue to implement the necessary security measures to guarantee the security of the personal data provided to it in order to prevent its alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorized access. Taking into account the current state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, personal data are treated with the legally required level of protection.
Whenever Ontag accesses any personal data, it undertakes to:

6) Preservation of Personal Data
Personal data processed for any purpose will not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose and, in any case, for no longer than 1 year from the date of giving consent or, if you have entered into a service contract with us, for the duration of the contract plus the limitation and expiry periods of the associated rights. After this period, Ontag may also keep them for compliance with legal obligations and/or for statistical purposes, for which purpose it must anonymize them.
7) Procedures for accessing Personal Data
a) Each user has the right to access all their personal data and information collected through this service and to know how this information is processed. If you wish to know what information and personal data has been collected, you should contact Ontag at its premises, or in writing by e-mail to Ontag (info@ontag.pt) responsible for this service, in accordance with the procedure identified in the Terms of Service.
b) The right to rectification of their data – the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them.
c) The right to have their data deleted – the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the total or partial deletion of their personal data, without undue delay, when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed, when the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing of the data is based (when it is based on consent) and if there is no legal basis for said processing, and also when the data subject opposes the processing and there are no legitimate interests justifying it. If any of these cases apply, the controller is obliged to delete the data subject’s personal data.
d) The right to restriction of processing insofar as it concerns the data subject – if the accuracy of the personal data is contested, for a period that allows the controller to verify its accuracy and if it has opposed the processing, until it is established that the legitimate grounds of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.

f) o direito à portabilidade dos dados – o titular dos dados tem, nos termos e nas condições definidas na lei, o direito de receber os dados pessoais que lhe digam respeito e que tenha fornecido a um responsável pelo tratamento.
g) O direito de retirar o consentimento em qualquer altura – se o tratamento dos dados se basear no consentimento, o titular dos dados tem o direito de retirar o seu consentimento em qualquer altura, sem comprometer a licitude do tratamento efetuado com base no consentimento previamente dado.
