We only recommend the product or service, on our part, we have no moral or legal responsibility with any issue that happens with the product, service or with potential customers.
5.2 Price information
The retail prices indicated on www.ONTAG.pt and its subdomains are shown in euros.
Shipping costs are borne by the user and buyer, and are added to the total value of the products selected. The user will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process. ONTAG reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, ONTAG undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated when placing the purchase order.
In the event of a computer, manual or technical error, or of any other origin, which causes a substantial change not foreseen by ONTAG in the retail price, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and annulled.

The aforementioned personal data is processed for the purposes of authentication, issuing the invoice and handling the home delivery process.
Personal data will also be used to identify potential consumption preferences, including the definition of profiles, based on the history of remote purchases and consumption associated with the ONTAG program. Predicting consumer preferences and identifying profiles is aimed at designing personalized marketing actions, optimizing the range of products available online, as well as communicating campaigns in advance that are likely to be of interest to the customer, which can be assigned and communicated automatically. ONTAG requests the customer’s consent to carry out this processing. The customer may revoke their consent at any time.
7.5 To whom does ONTAG pass on your personal data?
ONTAG only passes on your personal data to the Tax Authority, companies contracted to deliver items to your home, technical assistance or financial entities. Customer contact details may be passed on to digital marketing partners in order to promote ONTAG’s marketing activities. In the case of purchases from partners, where ONTAG is an intermediary, your personal data is passed on to the companies that sell the items purchased by the customer. 7.6 How does ONTAG communicate campaigns, offers or benefits to the customer?
Campaigns, offers or benefits are communicated via telephone calls, SMS, e-mail, or other actions through digital platforms, and the customer is informed of how they can stop receiving them. Campaigns, offers or benefits may also be visible, either in the physical store or in the online store, via www.ONTAG.pt.
7.7 What is the retention period for the Customer’s personal data?
ONTAG will delete the customer’s personal data after a period of 10 years, this being the period for keeping documents for tax purposes, as well as the reasonable useful life of the equipment. The data will also be deleted within one month of the customer expressing their intention to cancel. In this case, ONTAG will only keep transaction data for tax purposes.
7.8 What are the Customer’s rights and how can they exercise them?
As a rule, the customer has the following rights in terms of personal data protection: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to portability, right to object.
